DebtBusters Testimonial Recruitment

1. The DebtBusters Testimonial Recruitment competition (hereinafter referred to as "the Promotion") is open to South African residents only.
2. The competition offers DebtBusters clients - who complete and send in their debt success stories – the opportunity to win R5000,00 in cash if their story is selected to be featured in an upcoming campaign.
3. To participate in the competition, clients must submit their written testimonials, including a brief description of their experience with DebtBusters.
4. A panel of judges from DebtBusters will review all submitted testimonials and 3 x winners will be selected based on the strength of their personal story, its relevance to DebtBusters’ services, and its potential to inspire others.
5. Winners will be selected based on the merits of their story and the decision of the judges is final.
6. Winners will be notified by email or telephonically.
7. To qualify, the client must be 18 years or older.
8. This competition commences on 26 September 2024 and ends on 31 October 2024. Stories and or testimonials submitted outside of this period will not be considered for the competition.
9. Winners will each receive a cash prize of R5000,00. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other prizes.
10. The competition cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions.
11. DebtBusters reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time and without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to technical reasons or if fraud or misconduct is suspected.
12. Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
13. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and applied in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
