DebtBusters Thanks a Million Competition

1. The DebtBusters Thanks a Million competition (hereinafter referred to as "the Promotion") is open to South African residents only.
2. The competition offers existing DebtBusters’ clients, as well as new or prospective clients, the opportunity to win their share of R50,000 in cash when they register for or login to DB Client.
3. Each winner will receive R5,000.00 in cash and there will be 10 winners in total.
4. To participate in the competition, existing clients must login to DB Client; and new or prospective clients must complete the registration process for DB Client.
5. Winners will be selected by a random draw. Two winners will be selected each week, over a period of five weeks, from the pool of existing clients and new or prospective clients who have logged in or registered for DB Client.
6. Winners will be notified by email or telephonically.
7. To qualify, the client must be 18 years or older.
8. This competition commences on 25 October 2024 and ends on 29 November 2024. Clients who log in or register outside of this period will not be entered into the competition.
9. Winners will each receive a cash prize of R5000,00. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other prizes.
10. The competition cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions.
11. DebtBusters reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time and without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to technical reasons or if fraud or misconduct is suspected.
12. Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
13. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and applied in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
